Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a self producing Mortgage Loan Officer
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and underwriting guidelines
- Proven track record of success in generating and closing mortgage loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Active NMLS license
